How to use QR Codes for Wine

The innovations of recent years are QR codes (Quick Response Codes or two-dimensional code): these are small black and white squares capable to contain information and links to Internet pages.
In practice this is a useful way to establish a connection between the real world and that of the web, in order to provide much more information about the products than could be done on a brochure, a wine label, a restaurant wine list, ...
In fact, simply point the camera of our smartphone (with appropriate software) to the QR code to access the internet relating to the wine, which will give us all the information we need. Think of a the wine list in a restaurant with a QR Code next to the name of each wine: would be much easier for everyone to choose the best wine to pair with the chosen dishes, if we could have access to complete information about that bottle.
Another very interesting use could be, in a wine shop, to print the codes and put them on the shelves next to wine on display: the customers could get to know all the details on the different bottles exposed and make informed choices.

How to use QR Codes on venditavinoitaliano
Each portal page you will find, at the bottom of the right column, a QR Code with the direct link to the page you are visiting. If you found interesting the page and want to save it as a favorite on your mobile phone simply point the camera of the smartphone on the screen to receive the link.
