The farm Bini Denny is a relatively young winery founded in 2003, on a land of about half a hectare in Coviolo (Re), rented by his grandfather.

In the vineyard Bini Denny grows Malbo Gentile, also known as Amabile di Genova, and Lambrusco Grasparossa. Precise choice in the wine production is the creation of mono-varietal wines in the respect of the traditions: all sparkling wines, for example, are exclusively obtained through secondary fermentation in the bottle, which is the traditional method of producing Lambrusco. In the cellar, Bini denny has decided, moreover, not clarify or filter the wines, using only indigenous yeasts and use very little sulfur and only during crushing. In this way, the wines produced by Denny Bini are characterized by the highest quality and preserve the characteristics of the grapes of origin. Moreover, the slight sediment on the bottom of the bottles is the best natural antioxidant and allows, also, a good evolution of the wine over time.

The wines, all with the poetic name of a wind, are those of the traditional area of production: two are the Lambrusco Grasparossa wines produced, the Libeccio 225 and the Rosa dei Venti, rose, and three wines produced with Malbo Gentile, Grecale 45, sparkling wine full, tannic and structured, the Maestrale 315, still wine, dry, with a long persistence, and Tramontana 360, sweet wine, creamy and fascinating, with hints of plum jam.

Finally Bini Denny also produces the Levante 90, a sparkling white wine from grapes Malvasia and Moscato, aromatic with hints of dried fruit and honey and Lambrusco Ponente 270, blend of Lambrusco Grasparossa and Malbo Gentile.
