The base wines, after fist fermentation, mature for 8 months in stainless steel vats that are temperature controlled, until the preparation of the cuvée. The cuvée Ca'del Bosco is the result of a knowledgeable blend of base wines kept in stainless steel vats and small oak barrels: a particular advancement bestows to the finished product a spicy personality.
