Ferrari Fratelli, founded in the early '900, produces excellent wines, mostly Oltrepo Pavese DOC, with grapes from Barbera, Croatina, Bonarda (Uva Rara), Pinot Noir, Riesling Italico and Muscat. Among the red wines we highlight, in particular, the Barbera, great wine with a very dry taste, vinous and lively. Excellent the production of white wines, from the Chardonnay, to the Riesling Italico, up to the Pinot Noir vinified as white, fresh and fruity, excellent with all seafood dishes. Fratelli Ferrari vinify Pinot Noir also as rose, resulting in a unique wine with a great fruity nose, aromatic and full bodied, ideal for delicious pairings both with fish and with meat.
How not to mention, the Oltrepo Pavese Spumante, traditional method from pure Pinot Noir grapes, with an intense bouquet, wide and persistent. Savory, very fresh and inviting Spumante wine, it is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany shellfish and seafood.
