Overview
The company is family run, has its own winery located in Monte d'Alba in the heart of the Roero, the left side of the river Tanaro. The vineyards are planted with production of Nebbiolo, Barbera, Arneis, Piedmont's native vines, which extend along the sun-facing slopes, where the microclimate is particularly favorable, the sandy soil rich in fossils, favors and intense red wines with a strong but with a good balance and gives delicious white wines, fragrant and perfumed. “My grandfather Giovanni, grower in Cisterna d'Asti, producer of Nebbiolo, Barbera and Bonarda, sold the grapes for a pittance, because of the misery of the war just ended: the idea of making wine on his own and sell the wine, as a main activity, was well far from thinking of small businesses then.
