Vinification

Is realized in stainless steel, accurately following the evolution of temperature and taking action to cool when it exceeds the values of 82/83 °F.

After the primary fermentation takes place a short period of maceration, immediately followed by malolactic fermentation.

Characteristics

Color: more or less intense red with garnet

Bouquet: very concentrated and varied, with classic floral notes and red fruit in the foreground.

Taste: full-bodied and opulent, rich with soft and silky tannins pleasantly evolved

It 'a wine that fully expresses the character of Nebbiolo and, thanks to its structure, is intended for long aging, always growing.
