Caratteristiche

Obtained mostly from the distillation of pomace of Nebbiolo for Barolo and Barbaresco from the farm Ceretto.

The new distillation techniques adopted allow to obtain a grappa, maintaining all the features that grape of the Nebbiolo can offer, is presented in a very sober and balanced manner: the scentis of high olfactory frankly, and remenmber especially plum.

In the mouth it's apreciable a great harmony between the warm component of alcohol and the various constituents extracted during the distillation, which make it very persistent with very pleasant aftertaste sensations.
