Vinification
The base wine is made, in varying percentages, from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the grapes are produced entirely in the estate Monsordo-Bernardina, just outside of Alba. The two wines are fermented separately and aged in steel and proceed to cut just before the tirage, which takes place in April following the harvest. Characteristics
