Produced with the exclusive use of wine, sugar and pectin, the scent of wine remains unaffectedin the wine gelatin Feotto dello Jato, thanks to the special production method in which the wine is concentrated, undiluted with water.

The use of pectin to the lowest dose allows to obtain a product with a soft consistency.

Processing presents several manual steps, such as potting.
