Vinification
Naturally dried grapes until January of the year following the harvest. The healthy grains are de-stemmed and crushed and the liquid put into barrels (small oak casks of capacity not exceeding 5 hl). Maturing
6 months minimum Characteristics
Color: olden yellow color with slight hints of red and antique gold. Bouquet: very complex and fruity, with hints of yellow fruit, dried and candied apricot, acacia honey and orange peel, with hints of yellow flowers. Taste: complex, sweet, soft and opulent with a lingering fruity aftertaste of candied fruit accompanied by good final taste that enlivens sweet fruity notes. |
